No coffee this morning. Don't know if I can stand this caffeine-less state, this deprivation, much longer.

Reason? I'm going to my doctor this morning and having blood drawn to check for cholesterol levels. I found out that drinking coffee before the test will skew the results in a way that makes your cholesterol levels seem worse than they really are.

So I'm watching the clock, waiting for the appointed hour, and carrying a cup of coffee with me, to be poured down the hatch as soon as the technician gets her vials of my O Negative blood.

But until that blessed moment, I'm in caffeine withdrawal.
