For years I have avoided listening to politicians speak, but at the urging of a friend of mine, I listened to Obama's speech in Berlin.

Moved, inspired and renewed faith in possibilities. My generation said we could make a difference; now there's a new generation to take the torch. He has the courage to speak of high ideals and then ask our actions to measure up.

He has my vote.
