Took about 40 calls of customer complaints. Lot of OT. Very tiring.

Done with that, went to VA to visit N. He seemed pretty good, though the operative word is "seem". When you look at the logic underlying the conversation, you realize it's mostly by rote and not very realistic.

We don't have much to talk about after we discuss the weather, the traffic, and his ailments. I'm thinking of bringing a board game or a crossword puzzle next time.

About an hour to myself (which I share with you), then off to bed--to do today all over again tomorrow.
