Unfortunately, no, it isn't. This week seems endless and it's only Tuesday. Putting in extra long hours and dealing with extraordinary situations which require self-control, patience, ingenuity and creativity. Not to mention stamina. The kind of days that make me yearn for boredom. Come on, Friday!

In other news, bills are paid through the end of the month, except for the one that always lands on the last week and is due the first of the following month. Always a good feeling to be able to say, "Done for another month!"

Looking forward to the equinox. I always take it as a marker of the change of seasons, the turning of days of light into longer hours of nighttime, the sinking of the seasons into cold and darkness. Also a time of relaxing the frenetic activity of growth and flower and harvest, inward turning to repose and reflection.

Not for me, not quite yet. There is still this week and the next to survive.
