Worked for six hours--completed nearly the entire to do list.
Hour lunch (with nap).
Appointment with opthamologist.
Donated a pint of blood.
Home for dinner and relaxation.

On time for everything, without even trying. Busy day, and productive. I'll sleep soundly tonight, even if the temperature is 92 and the humidity high enough to make movement sticky and slow.

Didn't visit VA; no guilt, no regret.

There's tomorrow to fill up with necessary tasks (assuming that there is a tomorrow).
