A short burst of rain, enough to dampen everything, but not enough to wash the dirt off the car--followed by brilliant sunshine which drove the humidity sky high.

Los Angeles was turned into a very large sauna. Sticky and uncomfortable.

I feel a little silly running the A/C when the temperature is only 81 degrees, but it is doing a nice job of pulling the moisture out of the air.

Just in case I needed a reminder of why I don't live in Florida or the Gulf states.

What I'd really like to know is how do people who live in places where you stick to everything and your face is constantly damp deal with it. Powder? Lots of face washing and showers?
