How about some low drama? Like where did I put that nice comfy pair of shoes? Or who used my favorite coffee cup and didn't wash it out afterward? There. Some minutiae to fret my mind. What? Who, me? Worry? You must be thinking of Gloomy Asparagus, not Robust Rhubarb. Off this morning to meet with VA social worker and N, to determine the endgame (at least as far as the VA is concerned). They want him out of there ($$$, you know) and that's that. Not endgame for N, of course, since he has another 10-15 years, at least, I'd estimate. His mother had the same condition and she lived well into her 80's. I imagine it will be the same for him. Wouldn't it be ironic if he outlived me?
