Another overcast day, sprinkles and a little wind. Everyone here is speculating whether it bodes well or ill for the summer heat.

One of our customers is suing us and my boss is on vacation, so I'm on the hot seat. Except that I really don't see why my office is being dragged into it again. Over and over I've explained the options--time travel not being one of them.

I've also explained the laws of physics (for instance, two objects cannot occupy the same space at the same time) and reiterated the Laws of Thermodynamics.

Still, these people ask for the impossible, refusing to believe the data, I guess. 'My mind is made up. Don't bother me with the facts.'

Funny thing is, I checked the work order just this morning. No mention of special request at all. So why are we being sued for non-compliance? Beats me.

One more year. I can do this.
