It's becoming more and more difficult to distinguish between the news content of a website and the advertisements embedded in it.

I've noticed that the ads start off looking much like another news article, even to the point where the first two sentences actually discuss a current event.

Then when I clicked it to learn more, I was taken off to another site where I was importuned to buy something that would make me beautiful forever or achieve immortality or gain physical prowess in areas that are impossible.

The ads were very sly, using the same font and similar format, starting their spiels with legitimate content. So how do you know what's really a news article versus what is not?

Bye now, I'm signing off to run a virus check.
