I went way beyond my endurance level yesterday, arrived home exhausted, ate a quick dinner and fell into a deep sleep after just barely making it upstairs to bed.

Feel lousy today, almost as if I have a hangover or coming down with a cold. I don't recover from those 16-hour days the way I used to, during my salad days (as the expression goes).

All I want is for the work day to be over so I can go back home, have a hot cup of tea, and crawl under the covers.

I hope we have an easy, quiet day today at work. Maybe another cup of coffee...? Worth a try.
