So far it has been one of those days where I go downstairs to get a cup of coffee

pick up the book on the bookcase by the bedroom door to return it to the shelves downstairs (I'm going anyway),

go downstairs with the book, realize I've forgotten my coffee cup upstairs, but might as well start the loaf of Thenksgiving bread baking before I go upstairs,

but the clean bowl I need is still in the dishwasher, so I empty the dishwasher and put the dishes away,

go back upstairs absent-mindedly taking the $%^&* book with me

then, realizing that I forgot to turn on the breadmaker (after loading it with all the ingredients), walk back downstairs, laying book on kitchen counter (where it gets damp), wipe the cover and put it back in the bookcase, turn on breadmaker

and get a fresh cup for another cup of coffee (first one is still upstairs)

take new cup of coffee upstairs

--and they say I don't get any exercise!
