"Storm Watch" again in the Los Angeles area, means it's overcast and sprinkling. The ground is wet but no runoff; the cat (who is too stupid to come in out of the rain) has sparkly drops on his fur.

Heaven help the weather forecasters if we ever do have a real storm. What are they going to call it? "Disaster Watch"?
