I was able to do my walk this morning with NO heart pain. A first! And if this continues, I can step up the pace a bit more, and start to concentrate on my breathing and speed.

I have an appointment with my cardiologist at the end of this month, and I can hardly wait to brag.

The sun is rising a bit later in the morning, so at the start of my walk I am treated to a view of the moon riding high in the sky and a bright planet fairly near it.

Does anybody know what it is?
