Thank you, my friends, for letting me vent this morning. The visit went quite well and I'm back home, looking forward to a nice nap and then an afternoon of gardening and birdwatching.

Such is the life of a Retired Person.

I suppose I could put away the clean laundry and pick up the dry cleaning, but why spoil an otherwise lovely afternoon?

Oh, yes, there's iced tea and my book to finish.
