I would guess that the wealthy are doing just fine, thank you, especially when they don't have to pay taxes on unearned income (income which they didn't have to work for).

And they are able to shield their money from taxes and lawsuits in banks in Cayman Islands and other tax havens.

Hooray for capitalism! The money they didn't have to work for isn't taxed. What a deal!
