This is one of those times (you've all experienced similar) when everything is scheduled tightly, then a pipe breaks or the car battery dies, and the whole darned schedule goes to hell in a handbasket.

Scrambling around, patching things together, calling everyone to re-schedule...yup, life is what happens while you're busy making plans. As my friend Sara says, "You make plans. God laughs."

I feel like the man curled up in the circus cannon, waiting to be shot out into the light of the tent and the din of the cheering crowds. This coming week is going to be more of the same.
