I think I just made an obscene amount of money. For a half hour's work, I just sold my condo for 37K more than I paid for it a year ago. An offer came in at $6500 over the asking price and unless there is something wrong with the paperwork (according to my attorney), then I will have this place sold by 11:00 Tuesday morning.

I have to remember to breathe, not to anticipate, just to flow and ebb with it and let the feelings be. I'm trying not to think of how to spend the money, but it's a little difficult because I already wrote up an Excel spreadsheet outlining all the bills I can pay.

Another agent is coming by momentarily to present a second offer. I like being popular.
