Comcastic? Rage: Drastic!

It is 4:15pm. No one from Comcast has been here. The customer service rep said indeed, I do have an appointment for today between noon and 4pm; the service tech is probably just running late.

WTF? I could have been out on my motorcycle for the last FOUR HOURS on a glorious spring-like day, the first since November. Do I get to just "run a little late"? Hell no! Was there a courtesy call to say he'd be late? Hell no!

Screw them. Robber barons. Monoplists. Inconsiderate poopheads. PHHHBBBBTTTT!

UPDATE: They showed up at 5:40pm. When I asked if it had been a long day, which I assumed was a way for them to say, "Yeah, sorry it took us so long to get here, we were really busy," all the guy said was, "just another day."

Business as usual. Bad, bad, bad cable company. No biscuit.
