Tomorrow begins the re-focus on being healthy. I believe in debauchery, and license, and gastronomy, and I don’t intend to permanently give them up. But for now, if I want to get further toward where I will feel comfortable with myself, it’s time for a period of discipline. Discipline, and care for my soul.
Things I will do to balance, love, exult, cleanse, fulfill, pursue:

• zazen, even if I just sit and feel - – not because I’m a Buddhist, but because, sometime in this lifetime, I feel I should become comfortable with silence, difficult though it is for me
• elliptical trainer, stretch and abs
• take my medicines and drink my water
• be prepared for work and lessons so to reduce daily stress
• forgive myself for my human frailties, shortcomings, and mistakes, both professional and personal
• tell those around me what they are doing well
• visit my family more often
• spend time with my friends, WMC Vixens, and the Cajun
• store up firewood and have a fire in the beach fire pit at least once a week, weather permitting

I think those are enough things to manifest right now.

Bless the powers that bring all of the goodness to my life. Bless my family, my friends, and the person I watch myself becoming, wonderfully incredulous.
