No "flow Morpheus, slow" here. Again. Damn it all to aitch-ee-double hockeysticks.

Trying:
• sleeping on the couch - I have no hip pain when I sleep on the couch.

• avoiding caffeine. Not too hard for me.

• seeing the MD for short-term interventions, like pills, but NOT Ambien! That stuff scares me.

• seeing an endocrinologist for a whole-systems review. Low thyroid has been creeping up on me, but not actually low enough to make my GP leap for the thyroid meds.

• starting school, getting a new slacker job, and settling into a new routine. Could help, ya think?

• more massage. A built-in perk of my school life, two days a week. Granted, these will be students, but touch is touch. Hell, just lying down will be lovely.

Someone wake me up when I've slept the night through.
