My impromptu quesadilla had good things in it:

herbed garlic Laughing Cow cheese
corn
cilantro
tomato
shrimp
mushroom
chipotle
salsa

And I made myself a raspberry/ginger/lemon iced tea. That's lemon sorbet floating in lemon/ginger tea with frozen raspberries. Mmmm. Chips on the side, and it's lunch at the Cove.
