Tonight's menu:

Main Dish: Lamb Marinade
A lamb chop rubbed with salt and freshly ground Dean & Deluca rosemary, marinated in New Zealand Airborne honey and white wine, broiled to tender perfection

Side Dish: Pappardelle de Mer
Wide pappardelle pasta in a light garlic cream sauce with notes of dill, thyme, and lemon, topped with prawns and crumbled bacon

Beverage Accompaniment: T&T
Fine Tanqueray gin in a bath of tart tonic water with fresh lime juice

Dessert: Raspberry Toaster Streudel
Flaky pastry enclosing a warm raspberry filling and finished with a sweet vanillin icing.
