Hey there,
You may have noticed that the Scoutblog hasn't been up and active for a week or so. It's because my Mac won't run the iWeb program: something about a word processing plug-in getting in the way of things.
I went to the Genius Bar (as much as I love my Mac, I find that name pretentious in the extreme) and asked them what to do. They said to go home, put in the OS disk and do an "archive and install". Cool.
It took me about an hour to find the frigging disc. This is entirely my fault. Then I did the archive and install.
Want to guess what happened? Yup, same problem.
Now I'll go in tomorrow and leave my precious Kinsey with the Mac folk, to futz with as they will.
Sometimes I think I want to work at the Mac store just to get the training and the employee discount. Wonder how little I'd have to work in order to qualify?
