Ones like sadness. My man looks at me with sad eyes and says things like, “you know it’s PMS”. Sends me right over the edge! If it’s not PMS, then it’s ms’ing or pre-menopausal. Why can’t I just be sad? Drives me over the freaking edge. What difference does it make anyway?
For all the men out there. DO NOT ever say those words to your woman. Let her be sad or whatever and just sit with her, ask if there is anything you can do to make her feel better. Caress her and let her know she is loved. And one more thing. If she asks to be alone, if you value your own feelings, do just that, leave her alone! We have sick people here! Jodi and John have strep. Remember, I’m the one who never gets sick. Jodi is feeling better. She has been on antibiotics since Sunday. John just began his today. Wayne and I are fine. Hope we stay that way. I cleaned carpets yesterday. Had a run in with a mouse. One of my cats is an excellent hunter/player. She caught and let this mouse go several times. I went into my room to get my fuzzy slippers. The cat was laying by one. I picked it up and the little creature ran down my leg across my bare foot and under the bed. Yes, I squealed like a little girl! I called John and told him to go to the store and buy no less than 10 mouse traps. I wanted to set up a perimeter around the bed. I also asked him to look at the electronic repellants. He came home with several of the electronic things. We had been in bed for a few minutes when we heard the cat pounce. She had the mouse again, but let it go. This morning when we got up she was lying by John’s slipper. The mouse was in there. John covered the opening with a book and took the slipper outside. Sure enough the little thing was in there. The cat walked around whining as if she was looking for a lost kitten. Two traps, a electronic thingie in every room, 2 cats and all it took was a man and a book. Read/Post Comments (1) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
