me in the piazza

I'm a writer, publishing both as SJ Rozan and, with Carlos Dews, as Sam Cabot. (I'm Sam, he's Cabot.) Here you can find links to my almost-daily blog posts, including the Saturday haiku I've been doing for years. BUT the blog itself has moved to my website. If you go on over there you can subscribe and you'll never miss a post. (Miss a post! A scary thought!) Also, I'll be teaching a writing workshop in Italy this summer -- come join us!

Making an Appearance

Me, I mean. If for some unaccountable reason you still don't feel, reading this blog, that you've had enough of me running my mouth, I have three gigs coming up you might be interested in. I'll be talking about 3 different books: my own ABSENT FRIENDS, and 2 anthologies I have stories in: MANHATTAN NOIR, and a collection of stories about crime and basketball, MURDER AT THE FOUL LINE. All these gigs are in NYC, so those of you in, like, Europe and Asia, you're off the hook. The B&N event, of course, is free. For the other two you need tickets, but readers of this blog who contact me at sjrozan@sjrozan.com can get a deal...
