You guys remember my blog from like two years ago on the two construction sites at the end of my block? The Goofus site, where they were cutting corners and doing everything wrong, and the Gallant site, where the sidewalk was kept clean and the buildings were solid? Well, today's NY Times Real Estate section features them. In the print version there are photos on the front page of the section, but anyway, the Goofus site is the copper-clad FLAnk building and the Gallant site is Superior Ink.
