I'm a writer, publishing both as SJ Rozan and, with Carlos Dews, as Sam Cabot. (I'm Sam, he's Cabot.) Here you can find links to my almost-daily blog posts, including the Saturday haiku I've been doing for years. BUT the blog itself has moved to my website. If you go on over there you can subscribe and you'll never miss a post. (Miss a post! A scary thought!) Also, I'll be teaching a writing workshop in Italy this summer -- come join us! |

2010-09-13 1:14 PM You guys are the best I do feel bad about my inability to keep up the discipline of the haiku. The first time in years I couldn't do it. But I couldn't, so thanks everyone for your comments and to those of you who wrote haiku -- way cool!
Mystery Scene Magazine has reprinted on their website an essay I wrote for them right after 9/11. I still stand by it, though it was written before the start of the Iraq war, so it misses that slant. It's here if you're so inclined. Tomorrow, back to monkey business: the final photo in the ON THE LINE photo contest. So get busy with photos 1, 2, and 3!
