Hawk slides on air stream
Against lumps of piled gray cloud.
Palm trees wave him on.
Buckets of golf balls
Wait neatly behind white line
On patchy green grass.
Sun sears through high haze.
Wind clears thick sky, sweeps away
Feathery traces.
