Just back from a long weekend in LA. Went out for the California Crime Writers Conference, about which more later, and while I was there decided to do some other business and have some other fun. About which, also, more later. But wanted to show you these, taken in the garden of the inimitable and indispensible Eric Stone, with whom I stayed when we weren't down in Pasadena, conferring.
