So on my normal bus ride, one of the things I go by is two white picket fences with a sign on them saying "Project Picket Fence, Tom Murphy, 1994." I noticed them because they don't attach to anything nor fence in anything. One of these signs now has something like "Project Crib" scrawled over it.

So what is the Picket Fence Project?

"Adopt a vacant city owned lot, have it fenced and turn it into a beautiful garden."
