First off, I really enjoy reading Piro's rants, espeicially when he goes off on his artistic process. Or lack there of. I'm there more often than not, so much so that I only update my efolio once a quarter, let alone every few days. Some day, maybe when I'm out of work, I will try to do something like that. I've toyed with the idea of illustrating some of the adventures I've created, since, well it's an open-ended story arch. (got to start somewhere) But I'm just not into at the moment. I usually just end up moving furniture.

I took my first shot at making tirmisu this afternoon. I think it turned out ok. No one has died yet. I tried the "better safe than sorry" verison I found on this fan site, which proves you can find anything on the internet. I'd suggestion using all mascarpone cheese and skip the ricotta and Neufachatel. I think you could even do this without eggs by using whipping cream. I'm feeding it to a 7-year-old, so the low alcohol and raw eggs were a priority.

There is apparently a mass exodus happening in my apt building this month. Not only is one place going to open up starting this month, but 3 places. If this keeps up,we'll have seniority. It reminds me of living in a suite at the end of winter quarter. The mad rush to bring in your friends as rooms come free for the next quarter. Pooling your lottery numbers with your hopeful suite mates to get the best pick. Who claims the foton in the front lounge that we got from some seniors, at the begining of the year. I just bought the washer and dryer off our upstairs neighbor so he didn't have to manuvuer them up the basement stairs. So. Yeah. It's about to get much quieter here.
