My Incredibly Unremarkable Life

Summer is definitely on its way. I have the AC on and a fan behind me to make sure the cool air stays around me, rather than dissipate throughout the room.

Spent the afternoon at PJ's and managed to finish up Seven for a Secret. One of the other customers in the room agreed that the hard cover is quite unusual and attractive.

When I came home Lady was seated on a tree stump near the gate. Nothing like having a watch kitty. I wonder whether she sits there because she is humgry and figures I'll eventually arrive home, or whether she hears the car coming and gets herself to the stump/gate/fence so I think she's been waiting patiently for me. Probably the former.

I made groceries this morning, then read the Sunday paper. Excellent planning on my part, because by the time I finished it had gotten warm enough to use the heat as an excuse to postpone yard work. I am telling myself to get at that FIRST THING tomorrow.

About 24 hours from now you'll know if I managed to find an excuse to procrastinate!
