This was my second work day this week, and since I go in just two days a week, that makes today Friday. The calendar and TV schedule say it's Thursday, but what do they know.

I made really good time driving in this morning, even though the road speed was only a bit above 70. (Usually it's pushing 80.)

And I got a LOT done on the current collection. After lunch I went upstairs to a presentation by a filmmaker working on a New Orleans project. Very interesting.

The drive home was blessedly uneventful and I was greeted by my calimese and the neighbor's cat.

After I put out food, Lady showed up and wanted "in."

While I was going through my "regular" journals I could hear nom, nom, nom in the background Evidently, Pogo visited a bit early this evening.

There's no lack of things to do this weekend--inside, outside--you name it and there is plenty needing doing.

But I'm tired tonight so even thinking about it can wait till tomorrow.
