It was a day full of this and that.
And I finally got tired of the really dirty screen on the dining room window. (I have awning-style windows, so the screens are inside.) I took down the screen, took it carefully back to the bathtub, where I hosed all sorts of dirt, grime, and I-don't-want-to-know from it. Then I washed the inside of the window. It definitely looks better. (Darn it--the work was worthwhile.) And then out to WalMart to try to find those little screen patches. No luck--guess I'll go to Ace Hardware tomorrow. However, I did pick up some screening in case I want to replace the whole screen. When I went to feed the critters I discovered that I had only half a bag of possum food. (I thought I had two bags.) Guess I'll have to buy some tomorrow. Well, I'm sort of hoping to get my feet done tomorrow--they really need some TLC, especially since the weather is getting to be a bit too warm for socks. And so my incredibly unremarkable life continues. Read/Post Comments (1) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
