My Incredibly Unremarkable Life

I started to walk towards the hall, and a visitor just sat there, looking at me.

About five feet long, with no legs.

It's just a rat snake--and they're not poisonous or particularly aggressive. It's currently under the couch in the den. I have the den door open in hopes that it will decide to slither on out.

I doubt that a cat brought it in--it would be quite a job, and I don't think either of the cats is strong enough. I guess it just made its way in by itself.

Just another unremarrkable day.
