is today's today.
But there are no poor players around to strut and fret their hour upon the stage . . . (My high school English teacher was big on memorizing stuff--especially Shakespeare.) There's something about reading the LOLCats and LOLDogs pages before writing an entry that tends to cramp the brain into non-conformist contortions. Today was somewhat on the cool side, and the furnace is cycling on a little more frequently. Around 3 or 4 PM I headed out for minor errands. First stop was at the Blood Center. One of the staff had called me the other day to say they needed to run a CBC. It's routine every couple of months or so for platelet donors. So I stopped there on my way to Arby's for a supper containing that magic ingredient OPC. I see that it's now dark out, which means that there are no doubt several skinny-tailed marsupials and several masked creatures just waiting to chow down on cat kibble and dog biscuits.
