Right--another IUD.
I made a quick run to WalMart this morning--I'd forgotten dry cat/possum food. There are certain things which, when forgotten, call for a return trip to the market. One is chocolate. Critter food is another. I also wanted strike-anywhere wooden kitchen matches. The strike-anywhere are a whole lot more convenient for outdoor burning. It took me at least twenty minutes to locate even the three packages of wooden matches--their current stock. And these were NOT strike anywhere. Have you ever noticed that the striking surface provided on the box does not survive long enough to get all the matches lit? Other than that, I didn't get much "accomplished" today, unless you count an afternoon nap. (And that can rank pretty high.) I have fed the cats, and I think that the critters have come by to take care of "spills" that appear on the porch and patio every evening. I think the youngsters (both possums and raccoons) have been left to fend for themselves and their mamas have gone off for a rest. It will be interesting to see what happens in the coming week about the Tulane situation. If there is a shuttle from the parking garage there won't be any problem. At least the weather is currently decent. Read/Post Comments (3) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
