Managed to get in a solid night's sleep, and still wake up at a decent hour.

The big W was at the top of my list of to-do. Come to think of it, it was the only to-do to make the list. Just about everything else could be easily (and unguiltily) put on the Ought to Do list--or maybe the Do I Really Need to do list.

So, as soon as I had finished the morning mealette I headed to WalMart where, as usual, my first stop was the critter food area.

I think I have a bit over a week's worth of critter food now.

And this afternoon the masked children were watching closely for when I would tell them okay to coming onto the front porch. For the most part, they wait politely till I am off the porch, but if I'm late feeding them I make sure I get the big dish right in front of their "door" so I can get the rest put out without frustrating them (because I am too close to the food).

I got somewhat out of my usual "routine" with the parking brouhaha and I want (and need) to get back into it. I have a sinking feeling though that tomorrow will be wet.

Yuck.
