I decided to stay home today to gather together all sorts of bits and pieces of home stuff.

For the most part, that means I now have an almost full-length couch--with a couple of stacks of books at the end where my feet don't reach anyway.

I was looking for a couple of pieces of old mail, but they weren't there. I'll keep on hunting.

Gorgeous weather--sunny, with low humidity.

The first raccoon to show up for supper was a little smaller than the regulars--must be a young-un told to find his own food.

The "regulars" know it's okay to come on the porch and eat when I'm sitting there--I'm not going to bother them at all. This one wasn't too sure.

I got the household trash all out in the trash barrel, and the barrel tightly closed up and out to the front. (Tuesday and Friday are my trash days.)

So--an IUD, but they can be great when the weather is great.

And I'm more or less planning on going in to work tomorrow--as long as there's no rain in the forecast.
