That one three-letter word decribes today.
It's clouded over a bit a couple of times, but said clouds were not rain clouds. I did some "between" shopping. That's stuff that looks like it will last another day or two easily when you are checking the cupboards and fridge, but which ends up being gone earlier than expected. Rain is in the evening/night forecast. That's okay with me--rain drops that fall between 8 PM and 8 AM seldom mess up driving and erranding. Today was mostly little stuff that had begun to accumulate. In addition to being hot, rain has also been threatening most of the day. Those somewhat darkened skies were a definite asset though when it came time to catch up on sleep I didn't get last night. Little by little I'm getting (sort of) caught up on miscellaneous stuff related to the Women's Center. But I'm at the point now where I can "see daylight" with some of the stuff. It ("daylight") can't come too soon for me. Read/Post Comments (3) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
