Hot--but what do you expect in August in the Deep South?

In the morning, a visit to Walmart for a few things, then a bit of rest.

I was a bit worried because I hadn't seen either cat since last evening, but eventually they each checked in. I put out a little food, but they probably expect more.

Sounds like it will be a "cooling" evening. The sky either has a bad stomach ache, or it's rumbling from a possible oncoming thunderstorm. Having lived in this area for many years, I know which one it is.
