Well, today's "adventure" was related to Verizon--and the lack of reception for it in the car (or something like that).

Fortunately, I have a neighbor who is more up on that stuff than I am, and she shepherded me through the process.

I now have a new telephone number, which I'm not going to post because I don't think it's a good idea, but also because I'd have to go in the other room to figure out what it is.

So--if you want to contact me and you're not in a mad rush use the internet. Or e-mail in a day or so and tell me why you want it.

I suppose if it's a dire emergency you might be able to get the number from Verizon.

Maybe I'll have sorted this all out in a day or so.

I think that I shall drape myself onto the couch and watch the Saints' game.
