Since it is Sunday I added Church to my list for the day.

I didn't stay for the after-service coffee--it's hard finding a place to sit when most everyone else is milling around in the entryway (vestibule?) and people who want to (or need to) sit are sort of out of luck.

Once home, I tended to the "rest" bit and got in a nap that lasted about an hour.

My body is currently telling me that it does not want to stay up late.

I'll be glad to obllige it.
