Let's talk documentation here. This blog is a form of documentation. It could be written for me, to jog my memory of times important to me. It could be written for friends, to share thoughts and memories to better help us interact. It could be written for strangers, a one-way 'push mode' to propagate ideas. It could be written for many reasons.
In as much as I'm documenting me here, I'm tasked with documenting my work there. Not just mine, but everyone around me. I've been here for a year, almost. I've changed from the confused newcomer to the weary veteran. I know how things are, where things are, what things are. I'm also seeing new hires come on and be utterly confused. The same confusion I had. To counter that, I'm trying to document our team and its processes, resources, etc. It's harder than it looks.
