So I was shopping in the mall the other day, and I happened upon one of my favorite stores: White Barn Candle Co. I love candles! My favorate fragrance is Honeysuckle, which sadly, they have discontinued. My next favorite is Fresh Linen - ahhhhhh. But on this visit there was a very disturbing scent. Mashed potatoes. Yes. Seriously. There is a candle that smells exactly like mashed potatoes and butter! It kinda freaked me out! What's next: Library - ahhh, moldy books NYC Subway - ahhh, stale urine Democrat - bitter herbs of defeat (sorry - I had to!) Bush Twins - stale alchohol and bubble gum (see - I am fair and balanced!) It's just weird - candles should smell nice and pleasant, not like FOOD!
