Ok, so I am driving to work and I passed a road crew working on the side of the road. They were performing routine groundskeeping. You know, sprucing up the landscape along the highway.

Sounds normal, right?

Well, this particular road crew was made up of prison inmates. And 2 of them were using very large, very sharp axes to cut the roots of trees.

Am I the only person who sees something wrong with this picture?
