Why am I up at 5 a.m.? Well, because I haven't gone to sleep yet. Why haven't I gone to sleep? I was playing a computer game, and then I looked up and noticed it was 4:30. Gah. I am, oddly, not tired. I slept until noon on Saturday, though, which is partial explanation. I'm going to go to sleep in a few minutes -- I can get my 6 hours in and still have most of Sunday to enjoy in a well-rested state -- but I thought I'd drop in here for a quick entry. Nothing substantive, however. The usual round-up of writing I've done and writing I've avoided and books I've read and books I've failed to read and movies I've seen and movies I stopped watching halfway through will have to wait, as will the recitation of cute cat-stories and etc.

No, for now, I'm only going to post the link to my Amazon wishlist, because, hey, it's that time of year. My birthday's next Friday, if y'all are feeling generous. Thanks to Greg for clueing me in to the fact that Amazon sells freaking grappling hooks.
