Last night was worst yet. Could barely sleep for coughing, even with medication. Going to make a doctor's appointment. Maybe they can at least give me some good drugs.

Update:

My doctor prescribed me a course of antibiotics, so I should start feeling better in a couple of days, and he also prescribed some heavy-duty cough syrup so I can get some sleep. All is on its way to being well.
