Well, John Scalzi has named a character for me, and has apparently been spreading the word about this new literary party game. I just chatted with Ellen Klages, who is naming the proprietor of a junkyard in her next novel Tim Pratt. It's not too late for you to jump on the bandwagon, fellow writers! Feel free to use science fictional variations of my name (like Spaceman Pratt) or high fantasy variations (like Ti'i'm P'ra-at't) or horror variations (like Dreadfoul [sic] Tim Pratt, Devourer of Organs, Strangler of Worlds). I've been incredibly tired lately. Going to bed way earlier than usual (sometimes before midnight!) these past few nights, waking up very groggy and stumbly. Not sure what's wrong with me, but I disapprove! I'm getting a decent amount of exercise, so it's not sedentary sluggishness. I have eaten more red meat than usual lately, so maybe that's bogging me down, hmm... the lack of sunlight in recent days doesn't help, I'm sure. We're off to Santa Cruz and Big Sur this weekend. Looking forward to the getaway, but not looking forward to the drive. C'est la vie. Read/Post Comments (4) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
