Speaking of the website, is there any content y'all would like to see there? A Dramatis Personae? A crude hand-drawn map of Felport? Maybe a blog about Marla-related stuff? An e-mail newsletter thingy? Quizzes or contests to win a signed copy when the book comes out? There's a Marla story in the Solaris Book of Fantasy, which comes out in late November, and I may see if I can get permission to post a teaser from that in a couple of months. I live in hope of someday receiving Marla-related fan art, though I suppose the book has to come out (and, y'know, get readers) first...

John Joseph Adams interviewed me a while back for a piece on young writers, and the resulting essay is in the 2008 Novel & Short Story Writer's Market. It's a good article (though it does erroneously call me a Nebula-winning author, which is not true, though hope springs eternal). There's also material from interviews with David Barr Kirtley and Cherie Priest and Tobias Buckell. (John put me in good company!) There are even pictures of our smiling faces included. (Well, Dave's looking all serious and writerly, but we're mostly smiling.)
